Service Description

Empowering Todays Parents and Youth from the Inside Out. This fall add in a powerful 8 week heart-based personal development journey designed to support youth in discovering their inner strength, voice, and purpose. This experience invites young people into a nurturing, uplifting space where they will explore who they are, connect with others, and grow. For one semester/ 9 weeks, participants gather on a Wed morning for 1.5 hours live on Zoom, engaging in guided sessions filled with self exploration, creativity, embodiment practices, tools and techniques designed to support their unique path to wholeness. Through 8 interactive modules, youth and parents will: Enjoy a theme per module Strengthen their emotional and social skills Learn to speak and lead from the heart Connect in community with other like-hearted youth Bring a personal idea, project, or vision to life Launch their own mission with encouragement and support The final module, Your Next Level, brings to life the opportunities, and joy that living on purpose brings, while continuing growth beyond the course.
